Beyond the ordinary

Our mission at Out of the Box (OTB) is to empower women who have served a minimum of five years in prison or carry felony convictions to embrace their second chance through entrepreneurship. We provide them with hands-on training in business planning, legal setup, financial literacy, and leadership development. Beyond education, we offer mentorship, spiritual guidance, and a supportive sisterhood that walks with each woman for at least one year after completing our six-month empowerment program.
